IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Booking vouchers only available for bookings made at entrance, it is mandatory to download ticket  through  Booking Admin Panel and please carry the ticket separately.

• The pickup arrangement is optional with extra surcharges

• An E-Ticket will be send to your Email ID after your Booking Conformation. Please do carry a copy of the E-Ticket to the entrance of Glow Garden . 
• You are requested to carry a Photo ID with you to be produced at the entrance.
• Working hours for the Glow Garden from Saturdays to Wednesdays:

Between 04:00 PM and 12:00 AM Thursdays, Fridays and Public Holidays:

Between 4:00 PM and 1:00 AM

• Entry Tickets is valid only for single entry to the Park.
• Outside Food, Drinks and Smoking not allowed. 
• Balls, Scotties, Bicycles, Pets are not allowed
• Guests must adhere to all posted and verbal safety instructions given by Dubai Garden Glow.
• Non-smoking zones at Dubai Garden Glow to be strictly adhered.
• Animal or pets are not allowed inside Dubai Garden Glow.
• Respectful attire must be worn at all times and Dubai Garden Glow reserves the right to refuse admittance to Guests with unacceptable attire.
• Dubai Glow Garden reserves the right to change park timings, to temporarily close shows, attractions for the purposes of safety, maintenance without prior notice or any compensation.
• Dubai Glow Garden is not responsible or liable for any lost, stolen or damaged property.
• This product must not be individually sold to an end consumer at rates lower than the attraction's gate prices. It can only be discounted if in combination with other products and under no circumstances should its standalone price be featured less than the original gate price.
• As per the new taxation rules of UAE, 5% VAT will be implemented for all hospitality related services from 1st Jan 2018.

• Saturday to Wednesday : 07:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Thursdays, Fridays & Public Holidays : 7:00 PM - 1:00 AM

Cancellation Policy

• NO charges will be applicable on All Cancellations made prior to 48 hours before the Tour departure time
• If Cancellation requested within 48 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be credited to your Account within 7 working days

Ticket Policy - Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years and below 1.2 meters height will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children between age 3 and 10 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be treated as an adult and charged adult rate.

Terms & Conditions

• For SIC Tours Pick up timings can be changed by 30 to 60 minutes depending upon the location and traffic conditions in the city.
• Some tours require your original Passport or Emirates ID, we have mentioned this information in the important notes so please ensure that you read the important information, DTAT will not be responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.
• DTAT reserves the rights to charge 100% No show charges if the guest is not available at the given time of pick up.
• No refund for partly utilized services.
• Due to any uncontrollable circumstances i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances) if the tour gets delayed or cancelled,DTAT will provide alternate options if possible.
• Seating arrangement depends upon the  availability & it is decided by Driver or Tour Guide.
• If in any case the guest is not available on the specified time of pick up and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then DTAT will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the tour missed.
