TIMINGS

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• If Guest will buy only Aquriuam Tickets it will take approximately 2-3 Hours and with two way Transport it will be approximately 5 hours. 
• Kindly carry the Hard / Soft copy of the tickets provided to you through our Tour Consultant
• The pickup arrangement is optional with extra surcharges
• Pregnant lady or Children below 3 years are not permitted in Glass Boat Ride.
• Guests should be there before 10 or 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time depending on your Booking.
• The Working Hours for this activity are Sundays to Wednesdays between 10:00 AM and 11:00 PM and from Thursdays to Saturdays 10:00 AM to 12:00 midnight
• Visitors can go on a Glass-bottom boat ride, providing great views of the tank from beneath their feet.
• Wheelchair and Stroller services provided.
• This product must not be individually sold to an end consumer at rates lower than the attraction's gate prices. It can only be discounted if in combination with other products and under no circumstances should its standalone price be featured less than the original gate price.
• The 48 meters walk-through Tunnel provides 270 degree views from 11 meters beneath the surface of the tank.
• The pickup / drop off timing on Sharing transfers can be changed as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
• As per the new taxation rules of UAE, 5% VAT will be implemented for all hospitality related services from 1st Jan 2018.

Cancellation Policy

• NO charges will be applicable on All Cancellations made prior to 48 hours before the Tour departure time
• 100% charges will be applicable in case of cancellation made within 24 hours of the travel date.
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be credited to your Account within 1 week time period.

Ticket Policy – Tickets will be issued one day prior to tour date & once it is issued we will be unable to cancel it.

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and there is no charges for their entrance.
• Children from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged as per child rate.
• Children more than 10 years will be considered as an adult and charged as per adult rate.

Terms & Conditions

• For SIC Tours Pick up timings can be changed by 30 to 60 minutes depending upon the location and traffic conditions in the city.
• Require your original Passport or Emirates ID, we have mentioned this information in the important notes so please ensure that you read the important information, DTAT will not be responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.
• DTAT reserves the rights to charge 100% No show charges if the guest is not available at the given time of pick up.
• No refund for partly utilized services.
• Due to any uncontrollable circumstances i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances) if the tour gets delayed or cancelled,DTAT will provide alternate options if possible.
• Seating arrangement depends upon the  availability & it is decided by Driver or Tour Guide.
• If in any case the guest is not available on the specified time of pick up and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then DTAT will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the tour missed.
